A commercial line fails differently than a backyard fence
A commercial property or a ball field asks more of a fence than a backyard does: more linear footage, more people testing gates and backstops every day, and posts that have to go into ground nobody softened first. Security fencing that flexes at a weak post, a backstop panel that isn't padded where a player will hit it, a gate that binds on high-traffic hinges: those are the failures that show up fast on a property this busy.
We build commercial runs to carry that use, not just to close a perimeter on paper.

That's the same terrain problem our residential customers describe when they talk about placing posts in Fairfield County, just at commercial scale and often on a tighter schedule.
